Gary Boyd Roberts's "Royal Descents" book has been published again. You can go to newenglandancestors.org: the book is referred to as an "amended version" and includes over a dozen new possible entries. I'm not sure if it's available for purchase yet, but this seems like it might be what you are looking for.
