A number of the Family Trees (WorldConnect)here on this site allow you to download gedcoms. The problem is the accuracy of them (I am finding about an 80% error rate). The best one but not available to download is Genealogics (use Google to find). There are sources/references for his data, not just someone else's gedcom as a source. There are other royal databases (use Google)but there are not any that are perfect that I know of.
