Chronology of Ancient Ireland

I have done genealogy work in the past on ancient Ireland and have noticed that various accounts differ greatly in their chronologies. Does anyone know whether the Annals of the Four Masters or Keating's History of Ireland is considered to be more accurate in its measure of time? Thanks.
