I can show a working copy of the above if it helps as well rather than reading my babble.

The Word doc I also print out before going to Scotlandspeoplehub for research.

I keep info still to find highlighted in red so I can flick through the pages to see what info I still have to find.

BTW - it was VERY time consuming to convert all the info I had already gathered into the new format...

works me me :)
