I think you mean to say 1784 not 1874. I believe he settled in Augusta or Edwardsburgh, Ontario and was granted a land grant as a Loyalist. I believe we are talking about the same person. Frederick Fell and his wife Catherina Kilmer were from Claverack Columbia New York. They baptised several of their children in the Dutch Reformed Church in Claverak. Frederick Fell was born 1730/35 in Germany or Upper New York State. Frederick was listed on both the 1776 and 1767 tax lists for Claverack New York He was a Private in Captain Richaed Esseltyn's Company Columbia New York. He had 10 children. I have more info on them if you are interested.
