I read that black lights, 75watts or better, helps in reading faded documents, old postmarks and the like.
In searching for information re purchasing the black lights, i find prices ranging from over 40.00 dollars to less than 3 dollars.
What are the differences among prices? Is higher priced better? what is a good outlet to use to purchase such lights.
