I want my index to be helpful, not confusing. How should I enter certain titles so they will be alphabetized in the most useful way? For instance:
1) Sir; Lord; and Lady (should these even be entered?)
2) De Braose; Le Strange and other surnames like these
3) James Patton III; James Patton Jr.
4) King of Sweden, Styfbjorn "The Strong" Olafsson; Richard II "The Good" Duke of Normandy; Constance, Princess of England
5) First Name (last name unknown); (first name unknown) Last Name
6) Plantagenet, Henry II, King of England
7) Mistress Clemence Regina Pinet; Gerswind, Concubine
and last
8) Rev. William Patton
