I am looking for information on my great grandmother. I know she worked as a helper in a TB sanitarium in the early 1930s but have no idea where to start searching for records.
I do not have a SSN for her. Does the IRS keep any records from way, way, WAY back? She would have had to file annual taxes, wouldn't she? Thanks.
