I agree - I always try really hard to couch my comments in a friendly, constructive manner, as the last thing I want to do is discourage people but it is amazing how frequently some folk do not seem to want to know the truth. I believe it is totally inexperience and that Ancestry should take a more proactive approach to highlighting the need to check, check and check again!
