How to 'youth-en' photographs

Does anyone know of a software program that would let me scan photos of grim, old relatives and regress the faces to see what they might have looked like when they were younger? I know programs exist that will age people's faces. They're used by police when looking for lost children primarily but also adults to see how the person might appear years after a disappearance. I want to find a program that can do the opposite, not age but youth-en.
