hello, my ancestors came from St.Claire,Co. Alabama to Texas by wagon train some time around 1897. Their names were; Ritter, Isaacks, and Washington. some Isaacks family members were actually here in Texas prior to that date 1821-1836. If you run across any of these names, please let me know. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My g-g-grandfather James Ward with his wife Sarah Ross and family left Tuscaloosa Co.(close to Perry Co.) about that time. I had heard there was alot of people that traveled together. Do you show these names? Is there a book on this trip telling where all they stopped? They had a child born in TX in 1851 she may have been born in AL. She may of been born before they got to TX.
