Surnames: Prince,Cooper,Henderson,Stancil,Barnes,Moore,Hydric,Tyer/Tyner
My Prince, Cooper, Barnes, Moore, Hydrick, Tyer/Tyre/Tyner, Stancil/Stancel/Stansel/etc, Henderson families were in NC,
TN, some in GA, and were in Eastern Arkansas by 1850. Some went ahead about 1834. I am convinced the reason was because of the indian blood some of them carried. Another reason, a few years later could have been feelings triggered by the War Between the States. A lot of Cherokees and Choctaws got off the trail of Tears as soon as they could, in Arkansas and never made it all the way to Indian Territory in modern Oklahoma, and, at that time, much of Ar was Indian Territory.
