Foshee & Boggess Families from Meigs Co. TN to TX

Surnames: Foshee, Boggess
Separate families migrated from Meigs Co. TN to East/North Central TX shortly after Civil War. A Boggess credited as one of first leading citizens of St.Jo, Montague Co., TX. Trying to confirm travels etc. of George Washington Fooshee, buried in Boggess Cem. there in 1893. It is thought the families might have travelled together. Any Boggess researchers out there? Appreciate any information. Betty
