Released and went to Philadelphia, PA Nov 12, 1864. Admitted to USA General Hospital at Fortress Monroe, VA, account of general debility. Nov 1 1864, discharged from said hospital Nov 23, 1864." (This from the Roster of Confederate Soldiers of GA 1861-1865 Vol. I.).
