write in Pannesco or Furlan left above at COGNOME. the map shows where today the names in Italy are existing.so it looks like, that Pannesco is a today not existing name in Italy.....
Furlan is very usual in Italy´s north! most in the Veneto- and Friuli-Giulia-Venetia-region
can be that Pannesco has a relationship to a baker (pannetiere) as pane is bread in italian language. panneteria is a bakery. otherwise maybe came about panno for cloth, clothes, so maybe meant something like a cloth-maker or so. but all is only a guess - i´m not fluent in italian.
