this was my grandmother's maiden name. She was born in Eastern Europe in 1905, moved to Cuba in the early 1920s, and the US in the early 50s.

I have authoritative records using all three of these spellings in english, spanish (they emigrated to Cuba), and yiddish, from her and her siblings.
