MY great grandfather Augustus was from France. all the known living Dannics are in two Norman provinces on northern france. Cotes d'armor and Cotes du nord. ive formulated this theory that the name Dannic came from the mixture of Frankish and Scandinavian languages that occured when the vikings settled northern france .
