Randall Thomas Cox, born October 9, 1967, deceased January 11, 2008 in an automobile accident in Stephenville, Texas. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Moved to McAllen TX in March 1977 with his parents.

Graduated from McAllen Memorial High School in 1985 where he participated in band and Junior Marine ROTC Drill Team. He attended Tarleton State University. He was an avid musician. At the time of his death he was employed by Bostock's Billiards and Bar in Stephenville, TX and played in a local country and western band: 'C. B. Sutton and the Outcasts'. Randall was a member of First Baptist Church in McAllen, Texas.

Randall is survived by his parents, Robert and Chlistia Cox of McAllen, TX; a sister, Lynn Herschbach and brother-in-law, Ed Herschbach of Corpus Christi, TX; grandmother, Opal Harris of Woodsboro, TX; uncles, Will Harris of Aransas Pass, TX and Harold Harris of Woodsboro, TX; aunts, Gerry Willms, of Corpus Christi, TX, and Virginia Walker of Ridgeland, Mississippi, and numerous cousins.

Memorial services were held in McAllen, TX at First Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 16, at 2:30 pm. There will also be services held in Corpus Christi, TX at Brighton Park Baptist Church on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 3:00 p.m., and Stephenville, TX at Stephenville Funeral Home on Saturday, January 19, at 10:00 am.
