He was 48 when he died 28 June 2004 of injuriessustained in a car wreck.
He was born 24 Jan 1956 in Dover, NJ to John and Elizabeth Murray Frank. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the American Legion, Toast Masters and worked as a supervisor fro Brinks.
Survived by wife of 13 years, Shelly Marie Frank of Austin;sons, David Justin LaFata Jr. of Ausitn and David Frank ofClearwater, FL;grandchildren, David Justin LaFata Jr. and Imani Sharice LaFata of Austin and sisters, patricia Snitz of Tulsa, OK;Kathleen Frank of NY and Stephanie Frank of Fairfax, VA.
Interment at Ft. Sam Houston Nationa Cemetery inSan Antonio, TX.
