MARY T. FLEMING, age 44, of Houston, TX passed away there Tuesday, August 29, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer. The daughter of John and Frances Fleming, she was born on St. Patrick's Day, 1962, in Queens, New York, and has lived in Houston since 1972. Mary was a loving and devoted mother, sister, and friend; she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Always fun loving, with a quick sense of humor and wit, even to the end, she enjoyed the "journey" of life, not the destination. Mary always lived life to the fullest. Her family was the center of her life, and her children were the heart of her life. Mary was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Colleen Nicole; parents, John and Frances; and niece, Kelly. Survivors include her children, Meghan and Michael; brothers, John and wife Connie, Thomas and wife Shirley, Raymond and wife Jacque, Donald and wife Dee Dee; Gerard, Patrick, and Michael and wife Ampelia; sisters, Rita and husband Doug, Kathleen and husband Don, and Maureen and husband Blakeley; and nieces and nephews, Dougie and wife Kim, Chris and wife Shay, Michelle and husband Brian, Russell, Kim and husband Randy, Kristin and husband Keith, Nathan and wife Mimi, Sean, Shannon, Erin and husband Toby, Kerry, and Nicolette.
