MILBY WHITLOCK, 67
Mr. Milby Anderson Whitlock, son of the late Tona Whitlock and Emma Patterson Whitlock, was born on 13 Mar. 1924, in Green Co. and departed this life on Fri., 4 oct 1991, at the Veteran's Hospital in Louisville. He was 67 years, 6 months and 20 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Liletown United Methodist Church at the time of his death. He united in marriage to Lois C. Warf Young, who survives. He is also survived by 3 daughters and 2 sons, Jessie Whitlock, Louisville; Amy M. Gadberry, Casey Creek; Helen M. Whitlock, Louisville; Cleomontine Luttral, Louisville and Steve A. Whitlock, Lexington. A daughter, Norma Jean Whitlock, preceded her father in death. Five step-children survive: Michael W. Young, Greensburg; Jerry L. Young, Jamestown; Goble E. Young, Greensburg; Anthony R. Young, Louisville, and Carol Young Woosley, also of Louisville. Also surviving is 1 brother, Clemon Whitlock, Greensburg. Seventeen grandchildren survive along with several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Milby Anderson Whitlock were conducted at 1:00 pm Sunday, 6 Oct at the Cosherd & Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Rev. Lowe officiated. Pallbearers were Ronnie Gadberry, Steve Gadberry, Delbert Powers, Wayne Cox, Terry Kinnet, Ray Summers, Bill Boiles, Rex Pruitt, Caly Simpson and Steve Rucker.
