Marie O'Neill Passes Away

Daughter of Chief of Police Dies after Brave Fight For Life.

Miss Mary O'Neill, the eight year old daughter of Police Chief and Mrs. Thomas O'Neill, of Downer street, passed away at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Elizabeth, early yesterday morning after an illness of about two weeks. Miss O'Neill was taken suddenly ill and was removed to the hospital where she made a brave fight.

She has a twin sister who is protracted? with grief at the loss of her constant companion.

The funeral services will be held from Holy Trinity church on Friday morning at 9 o'clock. Father Water's son will officiate.
