Funeral services of the late Hiram Shuhz, father of Mrs. Updike, who died in the Elizabeth General Hospital on Saturday, were held at the home of his daughter, 34 Willow avenue, on Monday evening, the Rev. Gordon Russel officiating. The remains were taken to Belvidere Tuesday for interment.
