Otha E. Clements, age 69, of Mill Street, Campbellsville, died suddenly on Saturday, September 26,1992, at his home. Mr. Clements was the son of the late Ollie Clements and Eva Wethington Clements. He was a retired logger and a veteran of the Second World War. Mr. Clements is survived by his wife, Wanda Clements, four sons, two daughters, and three sisters: Otis Clements, Verril Clements and Phillip Clements of Campbellsville, Gary Clements of Indiana, Ila Dudgeon of Campbellsville, Lillian Bishop of Greensburg, Alice Edwards of Cincinnati, Lettie Summers of Indiana and Helen Clements of Marion County. Twelve grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren also survive along with many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held for Mr. Clements at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens with full military honors by Chapter 70 of the Disabled American Veterans of Campbellsville. Rev. Brian Fannin officiated. Pallbearers were Brian Smith, David Clements, Robert Carol Clements, Junior Carol Clements, Mike Shreve and Otha "Littlen" Carmen.
