I'm searching for descendants of John Ingram, born c 1796, who was a colour sergeant in the royal marines in the 1820's in Chatham but was pensioned off by 1834. He had 3 sons Thomas 1825, Henry 1828 and William 1837. I descend from his daughter Jane who was born 1834 and who married Henry Wain in 1871.
