Goldseekers in the Dakota Territories
I am wondering if there is a webpage or some resource for info for the early Dakota Territories (before statehood) for goldseekers that went there. I have two missing Smiley brothers who went there (according to the family legend) but can not find out what happened to them. Any suggestions? Were other states included in this area before statehood?
