The Dept. of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration website is:

http://www.msha.gov/TRAINING/LIBRARY/mshaPortal/index.html

"The MSHA Digital Library features materials related to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's mission of ensuring the health and safety of the nation's miners. These collections include historical and modern mining photographs, mining research materials, videos, and a full collection of Accident reports dating back to the 1840s."

See the search engine at the bottom of the page and type in "Oklahoma" to see, for example, the many available records.
