Darren,

Below is the related data that I found for Pennsylvania Mining Accidents 1900-1919:

Date of Accident / Name of Person / Age / Name of Mine (Town) / F=Fatal or N=Nonfatal / Page & Reference Source / County

1900MAY22 COYLE, MICHAEL 40 STORRS No.3 F 21 59 Lackawanna
1906JAN19 COYLE, MICHAEL 25 PETTEBONE N 303 60a Luzerne
1906OCT24 COYLE, MICHAEL 45 HAMMOND N 487 60a Schuylkill
1919DEC23 COYLE, MIKE 35 N 362 60a Schuylkill

I do have a little more information about these specific accidents.

Source: SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA CORONERS INQUEST RECORDS, 1811-1909, page 36

1902APR27, Inquest held at Tamaqua, PA, MICHAEL COYLE, suffocation from gas, J W Coble coroner. This is probably not a mining accident.
