This is kind of a long shot, but I'm running out of places to look! Living family tells me that Quintilio Innocenti died in about November of 1921 and he was a coal miner. PA death certificates from 1906-1924 just went live on Ancestry.com and he's definitely not in there. The only thing I can imagine is that there was some sort of mining accident and his body was never recovered, which might explain the lack of death certificate. He was born in 1874, making him 47 at his death and was from Italy. On the 1920 census, he was living in Green, Indiana County, listed as a Coal Miner, and then his family shows up in Reade Twp, Cambria County in 1930 without him, wife listed as a widow. On his wife's arrival to the US in 1914, it says, "Summer Hill, PA" which is crossed out and "Saxman" is written over it.
Any ideas of where to look? I already looked through PHMC's archive list and haven't been able to find him there. Thanks in advance!!
