If any of the above are of interest to you, get back with me. I do have a little more information about these specific accidents.

I doubt if I have an accident record for William and Thomas Costello. A major problem could be that the PA Department of Mines never started recording western PA mining accidents until 1883. I have no one in the 1883 to 1898 time period that fits.
