Hi Chuck, I am really searching for Ina Hemmann, Carl's wife. That is how I was able to track him down. I am cetain of the date's I gave you as they are in copies of the material I mentioned, which I obtained from Ancestry.com. Ina was an actress and I verified that Carl was a musician. Don't you think it too much coincidence that they both lived on 56th Street in NY? I do. I just looked up that address on the internet and found that it is now a garage for Carnegie Hall. Do you have an address for 56th Street? The next time am in the city I am going to look up that address. You can look up the census records and 1920 Carl Hermann and New York Passenger Lists, 1820-11957 Record for for Ina Hemmenn, also World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918 record for Carl Ross Hemmann at Ancestry.com. That way you can see what I have. Last names are misspelled, but the data is correct.
