G/Dad was a professional musician. 1920-1940 he was employed as a pianist on the various luxury liners of that era, which traveled from Honolulu, Japan & China.
1935, he & son, Jean R. Powers were part of the Yokohama Jazz band. No other info is known.

Searching any & all info. Open to all suggestions. Last known whereabouts was 1951, Honolulu. There is no record of his DOD or POD in HI, CA MO (where is was born 10/31/1879.) Or the National Archives & Records Adm.
