NEW MIDDLETOWN, Ohio – Sandra J. Inskeep, 72, who passed away Thursday morning, Jan 10, 2013 at Sunrise Assisted Living.

She was born April 2, 1940, in Gary, Indiana, to Christian and Alice (Beumer) Baughmann.

Sandra was a graduate of Choffin as a LPN, continuing with her education to be an RN through Youngstown State University, receiving her Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree. She then attended Akron University, completing her Master’s Degree.

Sandy worked for years in staff and management at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and later went on to teach at St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing, YSU, and Mercy College.
She retired to care for the love of her life, Gene E. Inskeep, whom she married Nov. 27, 1968, until his passing on Feb. 2, 2008.

Sandra is survived by her mother; a daughter, Linda White of Boardman, Ohio; four sons, Thomas (Deanna) Stanchek Jr. of California, William Stanchek of Orient, Ohio, Mark (Tina) Inskeep, and Matthew Inskeep of Lowellville, Ohio; a brother, Craig Baughman of Adrian, Michigan; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Sunday 3 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel, for
