Hope the following information is new to you?
I have found references to my "Lilian/Lillian TUCKER" (an actress 1908-1921) in both GoogleBooks, GenealogyBank, as well as ProQuest (larger city newspapers, often available at libraries). Also Questia.com (another book scanner).

GenealogyBank.com (historical newspapers - it yields snippets from smaller city newspapers) has 4 references to "Drago Band" - unfortunately neither the headlines or snippet text show the name, but the downloaded article may (for a fee).

June 10, 1910 Montgomery Advertiser
"Stone Laid for New Hospital Masonic Ceremonial Marks the Occasion Mobile Has New Infirmary"

February 17, 1905 Montgomery Advertiser
"The News of Mobile"

August 5, 1909 Daily Herald [Mississippi]
"Flaherty is Head of Knights of Columbus Quebec Was Selected as Place for next Annual Meeting of Organization"

February 2, 1913 Montgomery Advertiser
"City of Mobile is Arrayed in Her Holiday Attire for Her Annual Mardi Gras, Which Begins Today"

"Drago Concert" led to an additional reference
April 9, 1913 Montgomery Advertiser
"Mobile Boosters Given Royal Time in This City Business Men's League Members Match with Mobilians from Special"
(refers to Drago Concert Band of Mobile and Ray Missle Band providing the entertainment)

---
"Frank Davidson" & Mobile" led to 38 references, mostly to a "Mrs Frank Davidson" and her parties. Also in other cities. None of the other member names were found in GenealogyBank or GoogleBooks.

====

Google Books has one reference to "Drago Band"
"Resources of American Music History: A Directory of Source Materials from ...
by Donald William Krummel - Music - 1981 463 pages"

"Page 18
... including published scores, press clippings, invitations, programs, and
photographs,-1900s Drago Band of Mobile, complete set of sheet music used-1920s,"
Unfortunately, unlike other GoogleBooks entries, page snippets are not viewable.
(Check the Library links to find a local or university library - some may photocopy the appropriate page, for free or a small fee. Otherwise, order it on speculation from one of the online links.)

I would also contact the Mobile Public Library and any Historical Society or universities in the city - they may have additional information, collections or know more about local resources. Sometimes city histories (prepared for centennials and often updated every 25 or 50 years thereafter) may mention leading citizens, local organizations and other tidbits and contain photos contributed by local citizens.

Also, if you have not done so already, post on any message board or mailing list related to genalogy in Mobile, as local citizens know more than me. (Ah, I now see you have posted to additional message boards in March looking for either more info on the band or more specific members. Did you also try message boards, especially those related to local genealogy or historical societies, county websites, GenWeb, .... family surnames, ....)
