Erie Railroad Machinist

I am trying to locate information concerning my great-grandfather and his father-in-law. My great-grandfather's name is Warren Anderson and he along with his father-in-law worked for the Erie Railroad as a machinist. The 1930 census shows them living in Union City, New Jersey together with their families and it states that their occupation is that of a machinist. I know that my g-grandfather died March 7, 1948. His father-in-law's name is Amos Hill.

Any information that anyone may have would be greatly appreciated.
