Hello, I am researching my GGrandfather Joe McCollum b. after 1900 (I believe) and lived in NW Alabama around the Colbert, Franklin Co. area. He married twice and had two daughters. My Grandmother Henrietta Pearl McCollum King called Etter was his first child and Mattie McCollum Whitt his second by his second marriage. He is a great mystery to me and I would appreciate any help you might be able to give. I will be glad to share any info I have on this family and look forward to hearing from you.
