Would you mind checking for the following individuals?

From the book, "Genealogy of Josiah Monroe":

"Elijah Monroe resided at Canterbury and may have been related to our ancestor David Munroe. He m. March 1, 1752. Sarah Spaulding and the birth of one child is recorded at Canterbury. _______ Nehemiah b. August 13, 1759. Both Elijah and Nehemiah saw service in the Revolutionary War."

Canterbury is in Windham County, Connecticut. I don't have further information on these two individuals, but I suspect my ancestor Nehemiah MONROE (born about 1785, probably in Windham County, CT) is connected to these individuals. My Nehemiah named a son M. Nehemiah Monroe (b. 1809). We don't know what the M. stands for but suspect it may be a family name.

The surname is sometimes spelled Munroe.

Not much to go on I'm afraid, but I'd be grateful for anything you can find on Elijah or his son Nehemiah.
