Hi, Marie. Several of the Diefenderfer descendents, including me, are working to document our family tree with original information whenever possible. This family arrived on the William and Sarah in 1727. I wonder if any of their lands are found among your warrantees. As you can see, the name is spelled so many different ways, one has to check different first letters to find them. Tippenderver is how the surveyor in Bucks County spelled our surname in 1734 ;-) In the mid-1700s and by 1802, Godfrey Dieffenderfer of Macungine township was executor for his step-mother Gertrude's estate. Could you please contact me directly at pamalot at nc dot rr dot com? Thank you so much. Your book is such an impressive endeavor.
