My grandmother, Mildred Bock (nee Woodcock) was apparently a member of the Eastern Star. I would like to, if possible, learn a little bit more about her involvement, and if anyone else was in it. Mildred would have been in a/the New Jersey chapter, possibly Cliffside Park if there is one.

Also, I heard from a friend that your family had to have specific history to be in Eastern Star. Is this true? If so, what might it mean?
