Thank you so much for your information. I do not know where he died or exactly when. My grandmother said she was 6 years old, so that would be about 1893 during the union strife in Cripple Creek, Colorado. I have tried researching the graveyards in the area via the internet and any kind soul that would help me. I have been reading through the historical Colorado papers online, to see if he was mentioned. That is how I found my Great Grandmother. She is buried in Mt. Pisgah Cememtery in Cripple Creek, Colorado. There is no record of her burial other than being mentioned in the paper. Her grave and her babies are unmarked. Some day I hope that I will get lucky and find out where my Great Grandfather was laid to rest.
