The yellow/red medal is Italian, the black one is written in German but it is most likely Austrian. Both say the same thing - Tirolean Brotherhood founded in 2 January 1892. Tirol is in Austria, being that it is also written in Italian and obviously open for membership by them, it was probably a fraternity group with similar political views from around the pre-WWI era. Does not give a clue to whether or not this was a member award or just a type of member longevity tag.
