Surnames: IWERS, AUSMUSSEN, GEFKE
I have relatives who also are listed in obits as being members of theSons of Hermann. Someone sent me a passenger list for a ship called the Hermann that sailed from Germany in the late 1880's on which it appears that my relatives may have come. They came from Schleswig-Holstein in 1887 and 1888; names: Iwers, Ausmussen, Gefke. I still cannot find any info about this lodge anywhere. They lived in Sioux City, Iowa, and in Hawarden, Sioux County, Iowa.
