My name is Leanne Williams and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. My gggrandfather was Isaac N. Riffee. Here's my line of descent: my father is Jack Lee Williams, his father was Dewey Lee Williams. Dewey's mother was Nora Olive Riffee, her father was Isaac N. Riffee.

I've only been tracing my family history for a few months so I don't have a lot of detail or documentation, but I have found Isaac N and Harvey on a couple censuses. This is what I have:

1870 census for Taylor County, WV: Isaac Riffee age 28, Phebe (Brown) Riffee age 26, Harvy I. age 3 and Reason (male) age 1.

1880 census for Taylor County, WV: Isaac Riffee age 38 (living with his children and his father John Riffee, wife deceased), children Clarence age 9, Eva B. age 7, Nora O. age 3. Harvy and Reason are not living with their father. Their location?

1900 census for Doddridge County, WV: Isaac Riffee age 59, second wife Sallie (Taylor) age 55, children with 2nd wife: Lewis G (or Levin G) age 13, Soldie G. age 10. On the same census page is Harvy Riffee age 38 (this doesn't seem right if he was 3 in 1870), wife Susan age 31, children Allie M age 10, Eva J age 8, Etta C age 6, Berthora (?) age 4 and Sylis R (who they have marked as a daughter) age 1.
