If you know what state that he was a member in you can contact the Grand Lodge of that state. If you don't know where they are, contact a lodge in your area and ask them for the address of the Grand Lodge. The Grand Lodge can give you the address of the Lodge. If Courland Lodge is defunct, all their paperwork will be at the Grand Lodge of that state. Good Luck!
