I don't think my father was ever in Illinois but who knows? He was (and all of his siblings were) born in North Carolina. At some point, the family moved to Virginia where he met and married my mother (and where I and my brothers were born). He left the family when I was barely a toddler so what I know of him from that point on is kind of sketchy. I know that he lived in Maryland and New Orleans at one time or another. He may or may not have lived in Michigan at some point but I don't know that for sure. Are there Ansar Temples in other states as well? If so, do you know if there's a way to find out to which one he may have belonged?
