I have checked with all of our masonic experts here and no one knows of a masonic symbol of a heart in a hand.
Then, I was looking through a magazine the other day and there was an Odd Fellows emblem that was a heart in a hand.
Could it be that your ggrandfather belonged to both organizations and the family combined the emblems?
