Just came across your posting of last year. You've probably solved the issue by now, if not, read on.
Most masonic jurisdictions announce the forthcoming admission of a new member with his full name, address, date of birth and sometimes nationality and profession so that his admission can be balloted for. This will be recorded in the archives of the Lodge; and since Lodges usually have to pay annual dues to a Grand Lodge (the overall governing body) for each of their members, the Grand Lodge concerned will have probably recorded name and address, date of admission and year of leaving. If you know the name of the Lodge try phoning the Secretary, or try contacting the Grand Lodge (the Grand Lodge of New Jersey has its own website).
