The General Society of Mayflower Descendants is seeking a part-time, 30 hr/wk a Verifying Genealogist at the General Society’s Library in Plymouth, MA. Primary responsibilities focus on examining and evaluating lineage-based information provided with Mayflower Society membership applications, and/or supplemental applications, as well as corresponding with State Society historians when further documentation is needed. Extensive genealogical experience required.
