Application missing 1912 death certificate

Surnames: Fuller
Hi, I am very excited to have submitted my and my Dad's applications to the Mayflower Society for descent from Edward Fuller. In doing my research on intervening generations in upstate NY I found out the death date of my 2 x great grandmother, which was previously unknown. She died in 1912 in Onondaga county and at the moment they have indicated that it could take up to 6 months to get the death certificate. So I went ahead and submitted my Mayflower application because I wanted my Dad to get his certificate for his 95th birthday in July. Do you think the Society will approve my application without this post-1900 certificate? I have provided an obituary.
