I have one person whose sources are the Richmond Genealogy book and Little Compton Families. I know that vital records are preferred. I noticed that these two volumes are used as sources in the Silver Books. I need them for a later generation. I have a birth record and a marriage record for the person in question, but the marriage record doesn't list her parents' names so it is hard to tie her to the previous generation. The two books above do that. Would they (in addition to the vital records) be acceptable as sources?
